I am not a member. How do I schedule a row?
These rows are for existing members. If you are not a member, you are not eligible to sign up for a row unless you are a guest of an existing member and have signed the required waivers. See Personal Group & Guest Row Policy
I am not a member or a member’s guest. How do I request information on becoming a member?
See the New Rowers page and you will be contacted via email by the New Rower Coordinator.
I am having difficulty editing my row?
It is important that you create an account and log in to have full access to this tool. If you log in, you will receive reminders and cancellation notifications. If you DO NOT log in and just use the link, you will have limited editing capabilities and may miss out on important row status updates.
How do I know if I am logged in?
You should see a bubble in the top right-hand corner with an identifying symbol like initials or personalized image. Ex. I see the Dharma Voyage logo in a small circle.
How do I create an account?
In the top right-hand corner hover over the log in button and it gives you the option to Register. Fill out the prompted fields. Use the same email address that you used when you registered with Dharma. Once registered as a user, click on the tab "invited to" and you will see the Dharma rows.
Can I sign up for an additional row if the boats are not full?
If a seat is still open 24 hours before a row, a rower may take that seat even if they are already signed up for 2 rows that week (and in this season's case before all boats are launched, 1 row a week.)
I tried but I still need assistance canceling a row and requesting a refund before the 48 hour deadline. Who do I contact?
