Race Training
The Race Training program is for anyone who is an active Adult Community Rower
Who is it for?
Adult rowers of all levels who want to push themselves in a supportive team setting.
Anyone interested in building endurance, strength, and racing skills.
What can I expect?
Structured practices designed to improve technique and speed.
Focus on teamwork, conditioning, and competitive readiness.
Guidance from experienced coaches and fellow rowers.
When do we train?
Weekly practices.
Sessions build toward local and regional regattas.

Robin Gross is the coach for race training.
In every session, participants will be taught how to:
Refine their technique
Come together as a crew
Discover the safe and fun challenges of gaining the skill and strength to make the boat move faster!
It is understood that there will be a wide range of interest, from those who want to race seriously, to a more casual recreational racer, to those who do not want to race at all and simply want to learn more about rowing and fitness on the water.
