Tai chi is my go-to anti-stress medicine, It is natural and highly effective, better than herbs or pharmaceuticals.

Getting to know and rely on my inner self, using my breath, staying present and proceeding with intention has made all of the difference in my being.

I now understand and appreciate who I am in ways that I once would not have imagined.

Keep practicing, stay committed and enjoy.  Smell the roses, notice the birds, watch the waves and hear the sounds of the universe.

As I matured, I put aside my childhood thinking and was in limbo for some time.

It was with tai chi that I learned how to master the resulting insecurities.  I learned to live in the present with intention and how to rely on my own internal strength.

I never took time for myself.  There was always one more thing to do.  Really getting to know and spend time with yourself is really quite amazing and now more than ever is the perfect time to take on this challenge.
