Row on the Westport River

For years, Dharma Voyage has introduced young people to the transformative experience of rowing on the Westport River. This outreach program continues that tradition with renewed energy and focus.

Open to students entering grades 6 through 11, the program teaches rowing technique, navigation, water safety, and teamwork — all under the guidance of skilled and passionate volunteers.

Open to students entering grades 6 through 11, the program teaches rowing technique, navigation, water safety, and teamwork — all under the guidance of skilled and passionate volunteers.

Participants build strength, confidence, and a deep connection to the river. Many even race competitively during the program.
